   The trial access is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for evaluation purposes only. FolioSynth LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's performance, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
2. No Liability
   FolioSynth LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the trial version of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or any other damages.
3. No Data Retention
   Data entered or generated during the trial period may be deleted upon expiration of the trial. It is your responsibility to back up any necessary information before the trial ends.
4. No Obligation to Purchase
   Access to the trial version does not obligate you to purchase a subscription, nor does it guarantee continued availability of features, functionality, or data upon the trial’s expiration.
5. Termination
   FolioSynth LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate trial access at any time, for any reason, without notice.
6. Legal Compliance
   You agree to use the trial version in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
